• Squad allocation (linking a person to a squad/team)
• Publication of registration lists (surname, first name, year of birth, club, association, division)
• Results recording (ratings per discipline of a person)
• Publication of results (surname, first name, year, club, association, division, ratings per discipline, ranking, total and group total)

The following non-personal data is processed for the organization of sporting events (artistic and apparatus gymnastics):

• Creating, editing or deleting a new sporting event (competition name, date, type, metadata)
• Editing master data (club, association)

The following non-personal data is processed for traceability and documentation during error analysis and system optimization:

• Server log statements (movement activity, error outputs)
• Metrics (statistics for performance and function usage). This data is not stored permanently and is automatically deleted after approx. 3 months.

Disclosure to third parties

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with the express consent of the organizer of a sporting event or you.

Club representatives who are responsible for registration at the sporting event can edit the registration of their participants (create, read, change, delete). A change message is generated from this, which must be actively accepted by the organizer of the sporting event (4-eyes principle).

Judges receive a protected login for recording the discipline scores (read and change only).

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and objection to the processing of your data. If you wish to exercise one of these rights, please contact the organizer of the sporting event first.
